Organizations in Historic Hudson River Towns member communities are welcome to post events here free of charge. Events must be open to the public, with or without admission fees. Historic Hudson River Towns reserves the right to reject any event that is considered inappropriate for any reason. Please allow up to 24 hours after submission for event to be listed.

2025 Sailing Lessons Starting at Kingsland Point Park
SEAS is the Society for the Education of American Sailors, a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization serving the community with affordable sailing classes led by certified instructors. Members enjoy group sails all season and social activities throughout the year. First-timers and experienced sailors alike are welcome to enroll in basic sailing classes starting in May. Advanced training is also available. SEAS Westchester is based at Kingsland Point Park, Sleepy Hollow, where we have a fleet of board boats. Our keelboat, a Newport 28, sails from Shattemuc Yacht Club in Ossining. Information about learning to sail and our class schedule is on our website at sailhudson.org.
