Kahlo\u2019s last painting,\u00a0<em>Viva la vida, Watermelons<\/em>\u00a0(1954), a study of watermelons, was a tribute to life, despite her deteriorating health. Along with\u00a0<em>Naturaleza Viva<\/em>\u00a0(1952), it was a source for Pereira\u2019s prototype for this workshop, which participants will paint while sipping a traditional Mexican drink. Materials and one drink are provided.
