DESCRIPTION:Tarrytown once again becomes Halloween Central when the 21st Annual Halloween Parade comes to town on October 28th!  Enter your group or float to participate or just come on down to Main Street to join in the spooky celebration!  We are proud to have received our 7th consecutive Best of Westchester Award last year and look forward to another great parade this season! \nThis legendary Halloween Parade starts at Patriots Park on Route 9 at 5:30pm and travels to Main Street in Tarrytown. Following the parade there is a DJ\, band and block party. \n  \n  \n
