SUMMARY:The Irish Comedy Tour
DESCRIPTION:THE IRISH COMEDY TOUR Returns this February! \nThe Irish Comedy Tour takes the party atmosphere of a Dublin pub and combines it with a boisterous\, belly-laugh band of hooligans. \nThe group’s comedians and musicians\, whose ancestors hail from the Emerald Isle\, include Detroit native Derek Richards; Washington D.C. born Patrick Garrity; Ohio’s Michael Malone; Nova Scotia’s Damon Leibert; and from Inchicore\, a suburb of Dublin\, Ireland Derrick Keane. \nAudiences howl at Richards’ tales about his child free existence\, living in Las Vegas and his blue collar upbringing . He has appeared on Amazon Prime\, The Bob & Tom Show\, SiriusXM\, and The Weather Channel’s Top 10. He just released his fourth album\, Double Down\, available on iTunes\, Spotify and Soundcloud. Leibert’s unique and energetic style of fiddle playing lies somewhere between the driving dance beat of Cape Breton\, and the lyrical music of Ireland. His power packed performance adds an incredible dimension to the show. Keane\, originally from Inchicore\, Derrick first distinguished himself musically when the duo in which he sang and played swept the All Ireland Talent Competition. His band\, Inchicore\, sets the gold standard for the Irish music scene in New England and across North America. A brilliant voice and razor sharp wit make him a huge hit on the tour. Garrity is known for his constant road schedule appropriately dubbed\, The Never Ending Tour. This 20 year comedy veteran brings his hilarious observations and impressions to the stage. He’s a favorite from coast to coast and across the border in Canada. And finally\, Malone\, with his blistering humor that focuses on breaking down the idiotic ways we deal with life\, death\, love\, and grief. An absolute hammer of a comedian seen on Fox\, Comedy Central\, Showtime and HULU. Watch his special\, Laugh After Death. \nDon’t miss these hilarious Irish American comedians as they tear apart as well as validate all of the Irish myths and stereotypes.

SUMMARY:Los Lobos
DESCRIPTION:The journey of Los Lobos began in 1973\, 50 years ago this year\, when David Hidalgo (vocals\, guitar\, and pretty much anything with strings)\, Louie Perez (drums\, vocals\, guitar)\, Cesar Rosas (vocals\, guitar)\, and Conrad Lozano (bass\, vocals\, guitarrón) earned their stripes playing revved-up versions of Mexican folk music in restaurants and at parties. The band evolved in the 1980s as it tapped into L.A.’s burgeoning punk and college rock scenes. They were soon sharing bills with bands like the Circle Jerks\, Public Image Ltd. and the Blasters\, whose saxophonist\, Steve Berlin\, would eventually leave the group to join Los Lobos in 1984. \nEarly on\, Los Lobos enjoyed critical success\, winning the Grammy® for Best Mexican-American Performance for “Anselma” from its 1983 EP …And a Time to Dance. A year later\, the group released its full-length\, major-label debut\, How Will the Wolf Survive? Co-produced by Berlin and T Bone Burnett\, the album was a college rock sensation that helped Los Lobos tie with Bruce Springsteen as Rolling Stone’s Artist of the Year. \nA major turning point came in 1987 with the release of the Ritchie Valens biopic\, La Bamba. The quintet’s cover of Valens’ signature song topped the charts in the U.S. and the U.K. Rather than capitalize on that massive commercial success\, Los Lobos instead chose to record La Pistola y El Corazón\, a tribute to Tejano and Mariachi music that won the 1989 Grammy® for Best Mexican-American Performance. \nLos Lobos has sold millions of records\, won prestigious awards and made fans around the world. But perhaps its most lasting impact will be how well its music embodies the idea of America as a cultural melting pot. In it\, styles like son jarocho\, norteño\, Tejano\, folk\, country\, doo-wop\, soul\, R&B\, rock ’n’ roll and punk all come together to create a new sound that’s greater than the sum of its parts.

SUMMARY:Louie Prima Jr. and The Witnesses
DESCRIPTION:“Like his father\, Prima\, Jr. is a talented entertainer whose jocular vocals led much of the action… it catapulted the sound into the present and these stunning Witnesses enjoyed numerous featured spots as vocalists and instrumentalists. Tireless doesn’t begin to describe each perspiration-filled moment.”- New York City Jazz Record \nLouis Prima Jr. and The Witnesses are a boisterous\, horn-driven\, 10-piece New Orleans-style band known for their energetic performances that raise the roof and bring audiences to their feet. Their eclectic and rowdy style crosses several genres\, from big band and swing to rock and blues\, combining original music from their two albums with tail-shakin’ and foot stompin’ favorites from the five-decade career of Louis Prima Sr. With the band’s collective talents and diverse musical tastes\, their shows have a sound that is unique while staying true to the vintage Prima style. \nPrima Jr. is the son of legendary entertainer Louis Prima\, known for his New Orleans-flavored music and lively performances. Prima had a career that spanned five decades and included record-breaking contracts to perform in Las Vegas where legends such as Frank Sinatra\, Elvis Presley and Louis Armstrong would regularly jump on stage with the entertainer and his band. His popularity was so great at one point that he was asked to perform at the inauguration of John F. Kennedy. His classic “Sing\, Sing\, Sing” was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame\, he won the first ever Music Group Grammy for “That Old Black Magic” and his classic “Jump\, Jive ‘an Wail” went on to start a swing revolution in the 90s.

SUMMARY:The Outlaws
DESCRIPTION:For The Outlaws\, it’s always been about the music. For more than 40 years\, the Southern Rock legends celebrated triumphs and endured tragedies to remain one of the most influential and best-loved bands of the genre. Today\, The Outlaws have returned with new music\, new focus\, and an uncompromising new mission: It’s about a band of brothers bound together by history\, harmony\, and the road. It’s about a group that respects its own legacy while refusing to be defined by it’s past. But most of all\, it’s about pride. \nIt’s About Pride was also the title of the band’s acclaimed 2012 album\, universally hailed as their victorious comeback. “Because The Outlaws had been out of the public eye for so long\, it was almost like starting over\,” explains founding singer / songwriter / guitarist Henry Paul. “But because of the band’s history\, we dig deeper\, write better\, perform stronger. Everything we do is to reinforce the notion that The Outlaws still matter\, and that Southern Rock will always matter. It’s a message we’re proud to bring into the 21st century.”

SUMMARY:Accept
DESCRIPTION:9:45 ACCEPT \n8:45 HITTMAN \n7:45 ASARAYA \n  \nACCEPT ARE BACK! \n  \nThe German kingpins of heavy metal will release their new\, eagely-awaited studio album via Nuclear Blast on January 15th 2021. The ingenious title of the masterpiece is “Too Mean To Die”. Speaking of heavy metal kingpins\, when ACCEPT first launched at the end of the 70s\, the metal genre didn’t even exist – at first the band could only be labelled with the (quality) seal “crazy loud and crazy wild”. Today we know that this was (and is) metal par excellence. And we also know that ACCEPT opened the door to thrash metal\, inspiring giants such as Metallica. Guitarist Kirk Hammett recently stated in the German magazine “Gitarre & Bass”: “Wolf Hoffmann has a huge influence on me.“ ACCEPT\, who once had their origins in the city of Solingen\, a city of sound\, have been a worldwide music phenomenon for more than 40 years. They still impress with razor-sharp guitar licks and a steel-hard sound. The band created all-time metal classics like “Balls To The Wall”\, “Metal Heart” and many more. Countless world tours and headline slots at the biggest\, cutting-edge festivals cemented the band’s reputation as one of the best\, hottest and loudest live acts ever. In addition\, the band has sold millions of records\, has achieved gold status in the USA\, top 10 chart positions worldwide and a number 1 album (Germany\, Finland) for “Blind Rage” (2014). Now with “Too Mean To Die” their 16th studio album is in the starting blocks – it is the fifth album that US vocalist and front man Mark Tornillo has put his incomparable vocal stamp on. Recorded in the world music capital of Nashville (USA)\, ACCEPT’s music was once again produced by British master producer Andy Sneap\, who is responsible for the mix. Sneap\, who works for Judas Priest and Megadeth among others\, has also been responsible for all ACCEPT productions since 2010.
