Erik will start us off with a musically guided meditation to celebrate the new day\, inviting us to join together in deep breath and begin a journey that will continue as we sit for tea service in the style of traditional Chinese Tea practice.\nAfter a brief introduction to the practice the Tea becomes its own meditation\, Erik will share with us music that he has created specifically for the purpose of tea mediations. A graceful and beautifully grounded way to begin the month!
