They are excited to work alongside our high school Culinary students. This event will fund awards\, scholarships\, and the cost of competitions for our Culinary students and SkillsUSA members.\nEach Chef will showcase her culinary talent and style through a 5-course menu\, offering guests the opportunity to sample at least one course from each chef.\nGuest Chefs and their menu creations\nNikki Hanna\, Tara Ciannella\, and Alyssa Osinga\nThis menu is designed so each featured chef can showcase their unique style through 5 courses. They worked with our students to replicate these dishes allowing them as well our guests\, to enjoy an incredible culinary learning experience.\n$75 PP (There will be No Alcohol served or allowed on premises for consumption). Fall dates will be posted later in the summer.

DESCRIPTION:Spies! Loyalists! Tories! Conspiracy! Strange messages? Codes in invisible ink? Just in time for Independence Day\, discover stories of the American Revolution! As part of our speaker series\, the Wappingers Historical Society presents A.J. Schenkman\, local historian and author of “Patriots and Spies in Revolutionary New York”\, and several other books pertaining to NYS and Ulster County history. \nThe American Revolution was first and foremost a civil war that tore at the very fabric of families as well as society. Patriots were determined to separate from England\, while Loyalists were just as determined to defeat what they saw as a rebellion. Many do not know that during several critical periods the war was almost fatally undermined by English sympathizers or in some cases opportunistic Patriots. Join PHM for a socially distant history hike of Arnold’s escape path through present day Garrison\, NY. Along the way we’ll discuss why the General was driven to betray the Revolution and how prominent local landowner Beverly Robinson aided Arnold’s mission. \nThis history hike includes scenic views of the Hudson River and West Point and will last approximately one hour. The trail is one mile in length but includes uneven rocky terrain and several steep hills. Appropriate footwear and active/outdoor attire strongly suggested. Masks will be required at all times.
