SUMMARY:SHADOW WORK WITH MEGHAN MCSWEENEY
DESCRIPTION:Shadow work facilitates a deep and intimate relationship with your core self\, your patterns. These are the woven structures our outward self is created from. It is here that we find the Key to unlock those pieces of ourselves\, but first we must find the Torch so we can reveal what is there waiting to be seen.\nThis two-part class will give you the tools to go deeper and explore your Shadow\, learn how to cut away what doesn’t serve you\, and how to adapt to the changes within.\nEach participant will work with at least one pattern\, and through meditation and visualization\, we will be able to observe\, acknowledge\, accept\, integrate\, and release a personal Shadow or pattern.\nDue to the intimate nature of this work\, there are only 6 places available… please reserve early.

SUMMARY:OGHAM WITH MORGANA
DESCRIPTION:Ogham\, the mysterious ancient Irish alphabet\, is based on a set of characters (feda) that are  associated with specific trees and/or plants and is considered to represent an ancient system of knowledge. DESCRIPTION:Join us every Saturday! \nWe have grown! And we have moved to the commuter parking lot across from the Hastings-on-Hudson Metro-North station. \nThe Hastings Farmers’ Market supports regional agriculture by bringing farm-fresh produce and goods from the Hudson Valley to our village\, as well as educating and inspiring the market community about the benefits of local farming and sustainable practices. \nThe weekly outdoor market runs from June through November\, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.\, in the Commuter Lot. A slightly smaller twice-a-month indoor winter market runs from December through May\, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.\, at the James Harmon Community Center on Main Street. \nSaturdays\, 8:30-1pm

Welcome to Scandalton\, a regency roleplaying show\, where all-star storytellers improvise an original period piece before your very eyes at MAUREEN’S JAZZ CELLAR 2 N. Broadway\, Nyack\, NY. No gentle romance or raucous farce is complete without the judgment of genteel society\, which is why at Scandalton\, the audience will supply the rumors which threaten our heart’s desires. You bring the tea\, and we spill it.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Phoenix Festival is an annual celebration of arts and culture with live\, indoor and outdoor performances in Nyack\, led by Audelco and the award-winning Phoenix Theatre Ensemble. www.liveartsinnyack.com
