Erik will start us off with a musically guided meditation to celebrate the new day\, inviting us to join together in deep breath and begin a journey that will continue as we sit for tea service in the style of traditional Chinese Tea practice.\nAfter a brief introduction to the practice the Tea becomes its own meditation\, Erik will share with us music that he has created specifically for the purpose of tea mediations. A graceful and beautifully grounded way to begin the month!

DESCRIPTION:“What is a Grimoire” you might ask? It’s a book of magic spells and invocations\, herbal preparations\, sigils\, rituals\, collected items and other spiritual knowledge. Adam show us how to draft our own personal grimoires\, discussing best ways to record your spiritual practice. He will show us examples of what can be commonly found in such tomes\, and share some pages from his own personal grimoire too.\nBring a blank notebook (or pick one up from Modern Druid) and be ready to get creative! Spells\, planetary sigils\, and other magical knowledge will be provided as well as writing utensils and light refreshments will be served.
