DESCRIPTION:NOSH AND PLAY! – A BI-WEEKLY ADULT “RETREAT”\nEvery other Wednesday 6:30-8:15pm\n$25 per visit\nA continuation of our “Paint\, Nosh\, Reflection” series.\nThis go around we will have guest facilitators lead a group activity which will be focused from theatre\, the arts\, dance\, or mindfulness.\nThis is an easy to swallow (pun-intended) evening meant to relax\, inspire\, and engage all of your senses.\nSo come join the fun and get out of the week-day brunt and let’s Nosh and Play!!\nEach week a special “nosh” will be featured to “feed the soul” in a very figurative way!\nThis is a safe space to make art\, be yourself\, and heal. Please come with that in mind as we hold space and kindness towards one another in the shared retreat.\nCome for one or all evenings.\n

This 5.6 mile hike combines a mix of rugged trail and paved path and features interesting geology\, beaches\, forests and of our favorite view points in the Hudson Valley.\nHikers are invited back to Long Path Outfitters after the completion of the hike for exclusive in-store discounts and a Long Path Outfitters Travel Mug to celebrate the start of our guided hiking program!\n \nTime: 9:30am\nHike rating: Moderate\nMilage: Approx. 5.6\nElevation gain: 1\,500\nFeatures: Diverse habitats\, excellent views\, geological features\, unique history\n \nAbout your guides: Lauren & Henri de la Vega are long distance backpackers\, New York State Licensed Guides\, and founders of West Mountain Guide Co. LLC. Together\, they have backpacked the Appalachian Trail\, Pacific Crest Trail\, and the Continental Divide Trail\, with Henri also completing the Florida Trail. The combined 16\,000+ miles of thru-hiking they’ve experienced has fueled their desire to help others experience the backcountry.
