DESCRIPTION:SPENCER TUNICK\nNaked Pavement\nSeptember 16th – November 5th\nBuilding 35\n*New Date*\nOpening Reception: Thursday\, September 14th\, 6-8pm\nRockland County-based\, SPENCER TUNICK has documented the live nude figure in public with photography and video for over 30 years. Since 1994\, he has organized over one hundred temporary site-specific installations that encompass dozens\, hundreds\, or thousands of volunteer subjects. The works to be exhibited at GARNER Arts Center are from around the world and include Tunick’s individual portrait series\, as well as contact sheets and video documentation from Tunick’s previous installation (created in 2014) with GARNER Arts Center.\n*This exhibition contains nudity*\nPictured: Caracas\, Venezuela by Spencer Tunick\nSupport for GARNER Arts Center is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts\, Rockland County Tourism\, The Village of West Haverstraw\, & Taylor\, Inc.
