Baruffi’s artistic style is characterized by whimsy and humor. Many of the original acrylic paintings\, from which the “Playful” series of art prints are made\, range in size from 60″ x 80″ to 80″ x 80″. They are available for purchase directly from the artist’s studio\, located two hours north of Florence. His work is widely exhibited throughout Italy. \nBaruffi\, a former illustrator and longtime resident of Piermont\, returned to Italy after his retirement\, having worked in New York for major advertising agencies and children’s book publishers. He received classical training in art at the prestigious Liceo Artistico in Bologna and holds a degree in architecture from the University of Florence.
