DESCRIPTION:Hudson Chorale Concert at Maryknoll – Händel’s Messiah (Part I)\, Margaret Bonds’ Ballad of the Brown King and Mendelssohn’s Behold a Star from Jacob Shining \nWe are delighted to be returning for the holiday season with two matinee concerts to be held December 9th and 10th\, both at 3:00 PM at the Chapel at Maryknoll\, 55 Ryder Rd\, Ossining\, NY 10545. \nOur program will include the “Christmas portion” of Handel’s beloved Messiah as well as a rarely performed gem from the mid-20th century\, The Ballad of the Brown King\, by Margaret Bonds. SUMMARY:Mary Mancini & Mario Tacca's 30th Annual Christmas Concert
DESCRIPTION:Please join us Friday\, December 20\, 2024 at 7pm for our 30th annual Christmas Concert at the Church of the Assumption in Peekskill\, NY.  Featuring Internationally Acclaimed Vocal Artist Mary Mancini\, World Renowned Accordion Virtuoso Mario Tacca\, and the incomparable Hudson Valley Accordion Ensemble.  They will perform your favorite classic and contemporary Christmas Hymns and Carols\, as well as stunning pieces from Bach\, Vivaldi\, Handel and Mozart. \nTickets are $20 for Adults; $15 for children under 15.  Light refreshments will be served after the concert in the Fr. Wilson Hall.  Tickets will be on sale in the church vestibule after all the Masses on the weekends of Dec. 7/8 and Dec. 14/15.
