On Saturday\, October 28th from 12PM-2PM\, bring your pets in a costume and march along for the pet parade\, Fashion Show\, and Costume Contest for the scariest\, cutest\, and most creative costume! Prizes will be given out to winners of the Costume Contest. This is a FREE event! \nAll pets also get a FREE Gift Bag and FREE photobooth photograph. \nGUIDELINES: \n\nWe welcome all kinds of pets! We’ve had cats and turtles in the past joining us. It is a PET parade after all!\nRegister prior to the event & get your number upon arrival.\nRegistration is per pet.\nEach pet can have 2 people max accompanying them.\nCheck-in starts at 12 PM at the Waterfront Amphitheater\, 71 Water Grant Street\nThe parade starts at 12:15 PM & Fashion Contest / Costume Contest begins at 1 PM

DESCRIPTION:Tarrytown once again becomes Halloween Central when the 21st Annual Halloween Parade comes to town on October 28th!  Enter your group or float to participate or just come on down to Main Street to join in the spooky celebration!  We are proud to have received our 7th consecutive Best of Westchester Award last year and look forward to another great parade this season! \nThis legendary Halloween Parade starts at Patriots Park on Route 9 at 5:30pm and travels to Main Street in Tarrytown. Following the parade there is a DJ\, band and block party. \n  \n  \n
