DESCRIPTION:Come join us at our NEW performance venue\, the TARRYTOWN MUSIC HALL! \n  \nCurrently celebrating its 26th Season and past recipient of the ArtsWestchester Organization of the Year Award\, Taconic Opera invites you to enjoy two piano concertos in one concert:  Maurice Ravel’s famous Piano Concerto in G Major\, written after the composer had been exposed to jazz on a US visit\, and the world premiere of Dan Montez’s Piano Concerto in C Minor. \n  \nBoth pieces will be performed by rising star\, Kessa Mefford\, who recently made her debut at Carnegie Hall with an All-Ravel concert.
