SUMMARY:Concerts and Performances: ​The 2022 Minnie Untermyer Concert Series
DESCRIPTION:The Untermyer Gardens Conservancy announces its second annual Minnie Untermyer Concert Series. Taking place from May 28 to September 4\, 2022 in the amphitheater in the magnificent Walled Garden and overlooking the length of this monumental Indo-Persian space\, eleven concerts have been scheduled. There will be classical orchestral and vocal music\, as well as three dance performances. Popular offerings will include both jazz and American songbook. A gospel choir from Brooklyn will be featured\, as well as Indian and Persian fare. \n​\n​Click the images below to purchase tickets to each performance.\nThe Athenians\, August 7\n\n \n\n\n\nEnjoy the Athenians in a superb vocal performance featuring the best of opera\, Broadway and the Great American Songbook. SUMMARY:Jazz in the Garden at Edward Hopper House
DESCRIPTION:Duration\n2 Hours \nVisit the Edward Hopper House Museum & Study Center before the concert! We are Open on Thursdays from 1-5pm. \nOn concert evenings\, the Garden will open at 6:30pm. Concerts begin at 7pm\, and go until 9pm (with intermission). \nBring your own chairs and blankets. You may also bring your own refreshments. We kindly ask that you carry away your trash and recyclables. \nIf there is inclement weather\, the concert will be held at the NYACK CENTER at 58 Depew Avenue\, Nyack; see our website\, emails\, and social media for “rain date” notification.
