Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Offers Prix Fixe Meals at 200+ Restaurants Through November 12

It's time to make reservations at The Valley Table’s fall 2017 Hudson ValleyRestaurant Week's more than 200 participating restaurants. Running from October 30-November 12, fall 2017 HVRW covers 115 miles and provides diners with three-course, prix-fixe dinners for $32.95 and lunches for $22.95, in restaurants from Westchester to Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties. Featuring a global selection of cuisines and farm-to- table dishes, the list of participating restaurants is now available.

“We are excited to once again welcome the start of Restaurant Week in the Hudson Valley as we continue to promote the farmers, purveyors, chefs and restaurants that we are all so passionate about,” says Janet Crawshaw, Publisher of The Valley Table and Founder of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.

More than 80 percent of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week’s participating chefs and restaurateurs use locally-sourced ingredients in support of area farms, winemakers, artisanal producers and purveyors. Of the many restaurants that are new to Hudson Valley Restaurant Week this fall are The Amsterdam in Rhinebeck, a modern-American restaurant serving farm-to-table fare; Juniper in Hastings-on-Hudson, a cozy cafe offering New American cuisine; Heritage Food + Drink in Wappinger Falls, with a menu of Southern-inspired farm to table dishes; Stagecoach Inn in Goshen, offering an elegant, Continental menu, and more. No passes, tickets or coupons are required but reservations are highly recommended.
